Eligibility:
Canadian Language Benchmark 5 in English or French.
Letter of support from the investing organization having operations in the country.
Adequate settlement funds.
Having voting rights by virtue of the stake in the business.
Settlement in any Canadian province except Quebec.
Legally admissible to arrive in Canada
